Sunn O))) & Ulver - Terrestrials
New collaborative album by two of my favorite bands. Highly recommended, the last track in particular is just fantastic.

Re: What are you listening to?
nice dubmasta
kind of related and surely worthwhile noting and checking out: Charlie Hunter
This man plays the 8 string guitar which is ACTUALLY a bass and guitar in one instrument.
so very often you'll see this guy in a duo or trio....where he is covering both the bass and guitar sounds of the act.
just him and a drummer and yet the sound is so big!
one of my favorite jazz musicians ever.....incredibly amazing to watch him play this thing live:
bad quality video but i haven't time to search for a great one at the moment
marley fans should surely check out his jazz cover album "Natty Dread"

Yes, he is a maestro seedy, no doubt, never heard of him before but I will check his stuff. This reminded me of Foley McCreary, have you heard of him? He is a magician who plays his bass as if it was an electric guitar, a total loco:

Miles Davis... hell yeah!
Can't get enough of him...
... still the only person (that I know of) that was directly involved in inventing more than one direction in music ...

You're doin' too much, do less.
