My main memory of that EP is working for my mate's father in this small electronic manufacturing building with no heating in the middle of the winter. He was out for the day (was just me and him working there) so stocked up on a whole load of music to play out loud and this just fitted in perfectly with the coldness of the place (whilst sitting in a shack in a beautiful place out in the country)

Have not heard the Thomas Koner album... will have to check that out.
This album is comprised of alternative versions of tracks from the albums Encounter Point, Commute, and its b-sides. These drone variation mixes take the original tracks and re-work them to create a deeper and expanded sound experience.
This collaborative mini-album between Off Land & Loose Link contains seven paths of the track, Hyperbird. The tracks vary from experimental electronica to ambient drone, combining both artists styles to great effect.
