Official channels seem unusually quiet about this - can't get an answer. Going to have to hold out for a bit I think.

Just wondering about "Mas X-XX-XX" from Archive 2. Was this like the two tracks from Archive 3 where it was on the original MP3 release but then removed for the CD release? How long is it, is it any good? - I'm presuming it's an alternate version of Mas X-XX-XX2 ?

As far as I remember, it's just an extended version.

Enhanced Archives to appear on FSOLDigital soon - probably after they've got The Cartel out of the way.
Only digital at the mo, the decision whether to do physical versions will be made when stocks of the current CDs have depleted.

Just to clarify, the decision will be made then. They might still decide not to ;)

From The Archives Vol.1
Original - total time - 66:41
Enhanced - total time - 70:02

From The Archives Vol.2
Original - total time - 72:52 (+ 4:01 the bonus MP3-only track)
Enhanced - total time - 73:59

From The Archives Vol.3
Original - total time - 70:41 (+ 6:23 the two bonus MP3-only tracks)
Enhanced - total time - 71:04

- it seems like there's little change but it's not just how much you get in total time,
the Archives are really re-mixed with track-melding.
Some of the enhanced tracks are shorter that the original ones, some are much longer...
I don't need to tell you that the Enhanced versions offer a different kind of experience,
because we all love the awesome longform journeys that the albums have.
You're doin' too much, do less.

"La 7" is actually one of the best tracks from any of the Archives IMO, it's completely beyond me why they decided to drop it from later realeses.
from the source flows the endless...

Mas X-XX-XX
La 7
Mulleck Well

If anyone would be so gracious as to hook me up with these, I would be eternally grateful. I bought the original CDs, of course, but somehow these downloads have escaped my notice.

Also, were there any bonus download tracks for 4-6? I have the 2 additional tracks for vol 7.

Thanks!
