Not actually that taken with that track - will still be giving the whole thing a go though. Interestingly it continues with the theme of their last few remixes of having much more of a focus on synths and electronic sounds than what Amorphous was doing five to ten years ago.

I quite like the sounds of these from the clips on fsoldigital and this clip. Might have to get the original album it's from first to give it some sense of perspective though. On its own, much of it sounds quite distinctively in the AA remix style.

Juno price is down to $17 plus S&H, best price I've found so far.

Not ordered yet - but eager to hear, the second track is really wonderful.

Downloading now,
one thing I noticed before I click play,

the MP3 files are encoded with LAME 3.98 - instead the usual iTunes stupid encoder :)

I've talked about this with Dougans, I'm sure some other fans have also mentioned a while ago.
Mac is undisputed for audio production and stuff, but for MP3 - LAME and Windows are Kings :)

Is there no sign of a CD release for this one?

If not I'll just take the plunge and buy it on MP3 :-)

I think it will be vinyl and web only...

Would really recommend you good people take the plunge with this release. Worth every penny. If you are skint go without food.
Lovely Stuff. I cannot say how excited I get(not that kind of excited, excited like 1990 excited when you couldn't wait to get your hands on records released on a Monday excited)! Amorphous Androgynous. You blow people's minds. Well mine anyway!,:

I seem to remember Graham mentioning he'd swapped a little while back (I think 'cos of all the whining I did about the clicks between tracks)

Correct Pete, but the bonus tracks with the ENV-vinyls are still encoded with iTunes ...
- so it's kinda hit'n'miss I guess :)

Gave this another listen this arvo, really immersive stuff. Funny how they go all Moon Safari/Premier Symptomes on us every now and with their remixes, but in an uncliched fashion. Should really give the original album another listen, not to mention listen to this more often.
