i actually just listened to clark for the first time ever just the other day
i thought he was well respected amongst the WATMM peeps or did i just not detect the sarcasm?

Aye he is (generally), I was a huge huge fan - In his early days (when he was still releasing stuff as Chris Clark) I remember even saying to someone that he's the new Aphex Twin. Some how [imo] it seems that with every release his tracks have got blander and blander, he used to be the king of production, structure and melodies and now he's doing this:
A track that he admits to the first 3/4 taking him about 40 seconds to make (and the end being the reverb tail from an improvised jam)

yeah i just learned of the real movie upon seeing this
i'm well out of the movie loop and i used to be pretty big on seeing every damn thing
child + wife that never really wants to sit through a whole movie
