I've really enjoyed the Archives series. It's great getting fresh tracks with the vibe fsol were doing back in the 90's.

Been a while since this was hinted at, but is Archives 8 still on the cards?

It is. I'm wondering if it'll come alongside Environments 6.

FSOL 793 track SoundCloud dump by the end of the year

I suppose the Archives and early Environments have effectively been FSOL's equivalent of the Soundcloud dumps... more expensive, but also more manageable! 149 tracks so far.

Environments 6 is supposedly due this year, time will tell though. Archive 8 we've already had a couple of teasers of on EBS10, so I reckon it won't be too far off.

Wait, was there EBS9 and 10 already? The last one I got was the soundcloud one, EBS8 I think. And then there was a short one if I remember correctly... How, where and when were the last ones released?

EBS9 was the track Electric Brain Storm on the Environment Five bonus EP, EBS10 was the Micro Edition that was played on Terminal Radio.

So EBS9 was the actual track, that's kind of weird... But I guess we shouldn't expect an AA track called "A Monstrous Psychedelic Bubble..." as MPB9

Well there's still a VHS version in the works... EBS is becoming a multi-media project with different future editions planned to be more than just mix sets, I believe.

Gaz still claims that live DVD is coming someday...

Really looking forward to 8. Relistening to 7 recently, it felt like a complete album to me.
