I had a CMJ sampler disc from long ago. It had a FSOL song that started with a middle east or india male vocal singing "hooptramalayna" or similar, followed by some tinkling sounds before getting in to the main beat. (I may have a couple consonants mixed up). What is the song and what album is it on?

After some googling it looked like We Have Explosive (part 4) appeared on this - http://www.musik-sammler.de/media/151606 . Did it sound a bit like this but a bit more wild :
