Papua New Guinea Bass Line

Hi, I am not very musical, and want to learn to programme the bass line to this song. Any tips, like what key it is in?
Im not school musical learned, all my knowledges were from the own music listened but maybe and say perhaps :
- you can search a 2 step bass line chord "key of C major" from/for this sample from Meat beat manifesto "Radio Babylon" if you don´t know about musical this is a great chance to take chords:

About this, some people recognize misidentified was being a sample from 23 Skidoo's "Fire".I think the samples was triggered again and again to lose original fount sound
