Visual attack

Howdy
So I noticed "Visual Attack" appeared on By Any Other Name, and I realized that it was originally from the Air Cut project from the very early 90s despite being under the Smart Systems alias . However, I stumbled across a track by the same name today by Endless Loop which is similar in style and features the same vocal sample. Is this some obscure alias used one time by FSOL or is this an entirely different artist who just happened to do a very similar track?
