Great last Microcosm album , listen album and is fantastic ambient tracklist,very recommended.

Microcosm is wonderful, very proud to release that on Jerky Oats.

I've not listened to this yet, though have downloaded it and love all your other stuff.

I think I need to have a listening to board stuff today, I've a backlog of Ross' stuff to listen to as well as this (thanks for the message Ross, it's appreciated, I'm not allowed to reply yet until I pontificate for a bit longer on here).

The myriad worlds of Noisesurfer/Rontxo/Tito scare me, but I will dive in soon!

Thanks everyone. Glad you're enjoying the new album. It was really interesting for me to re-listen and re-interpret these old pieces. Stylistically, I think it's a good mix between my first couple of EPs and my upcoming album, "Eventide Passage". Can't wait to share some more info on that soon. It WILL be coming out this year on CD.

Don't expect much from Flying Battery. I don't take that project very seriously and so far I've only finished two songs. Perhaps one day I'll gave away an EP or put something out on a netlabel. I'm working on a new Full-Source album but I'm sorry to say it will be my last under that name. Trying to just focus on Off Land right now.

Off Land - Eventide Passage
Late September 2011

From Fathom Distribution: Eventide Passage by Tim Dwyer aka Off Land. Dwyer has released under the Off Land moniker for several years with two hard copy EP releases and nine digital full-length releases available for free download on various netlabels. Eventide Passage took a year in the making, with post production by audio wizard, Kris Weston (formerly of The Orb). Ambient electronic Eventide Passage skirts genres IDM and techno. Eventide Passage will be a CD set in a super jewel case with surpassing packaging.

“Eventide Passage is the reflection of a night drive and all of the emptiness and mystery that surrounds your car as you drive into the black. Most of this album was created while traveling (on planes, trains, & buses). This wasn't entirely an intentional decision, just a coincidence of where my free time lay. Because of when and where I recorded this album, it is mostly comprised of electronic sounds. I usually compose entirely through synthesis to come across as cold. To offset this, and obtain warmth, I add acoustic drones, instrumentation and percussion. Each track on Eventide Passage is named after street signs that I've passed while driving in the US. Out of context these words and short phrases take interesting new meanings. My hope is that Eventide Passage finds rotation in your late night car rides and long travels. There aren't many ambient albums for driving and if I've succeeded in making one, well I leave that up to you.”

I know you all like mix sets. What FSOL fan doesn't? I recently put together a mix set of some of my new and upcoming tracks as well as some recent ambient favorites for the Stasis Podcast. It's much more mellow than any FSOL set but I do throw in some spoken word samples here and there.
