After a long day at work, I'm chilling out in the conservatory with a few cold beers and the Touched Two Remix album... nice :)

Been filling my Meat Beat Manifesto collection, I worship the guys, they have SUCH an unique style and visual appearance.. although I have to admit that their best albums so far were in the late 90's.. then they (or rather he) went back to their "roots" to slightly boring dub stuff.. I wish that they'd put out something as imaginative as Subliminal Sandwich again. One of my all time favorite albums.

I've also been listening to this a lot (love it!) ->

Although I'm not a HUGE fan of his vocals and the Primitive Race stuff I've heard sucked major ass it's pretty refreshing.

Yeah, I have that.. unfortunately that's exactly what I'm talking about, absolutely nothing memorable on that. Lightyears apart from stuff like SS and AS&V. One day again maybe.. I also got the Travelogue Live '05-thing which was surprisingly good! They're truly an unique band, I think that movies like Dark City and The Matrix (obviously) own a great bunch to their visual style.

I love this pic for some reason, shit was COOL back then :D

While I get what you're saying and agree with you on the large part, (that new track obviously has very little essence in it, and it was probably just an experiment, fooling around and later he liked the flow and decided to release...) - yet something stroke me in your comment...

- absolutely nothing memorable on that - well, I have to say, the really good electronic music rarely has memorable stuff in it - that's kinda the whole fucking point. And yet it's good, legendary, memorable just because it isn't rotten popping melodies that stuck in your brain weather you like them or not.

Still shaken by the death of Moebius, I was just reviewing some kraut documentaries, saw "Kraftwerk and The Electronic Revolution" (2008) and Conrad Schnitzler talking about what electronic music is about...

Maybe you didn't mean it like that... maybe I don't know what exactly I'm saying, but if you can find "Kraftwerk and The Electronic Revolution" please watch it, it's a loooong delight - Corrigan is in there too, I think...
You're doin' too much, do less.
