Hello from New Member

Post by Reamonnt »

Hi FSOL fans

I'm a new member to this forum and have liked FSOL for a long time. I think I first heard of them on the chill out zone tv in the early 1990's and then Lifeforms which remained my only FSOL purchase until recently when ive added ISDN and Dead Cities. I only buy on CD or the odd FLAC download so RSD special mega vinyl releases are unfortunately not going to be for me but if members can suggest other FSOL CDs that I must listen to I would be glad of advice from the experts on this forum.

Hello!

Well, to begin with, I would recommend Environments 6 & 6.5. Two of my favourites there.

Hullo and welcome!
Yes, all the Environments albums are worth a listen. 1 fits between Lifeforms and ISDN and 3 feels like a subdued sequel to Dead Cities; the rest are their own unique soundworlds though, and they're all incredibly strong records.
