Something suggests Dell might have received a physical calendar by accident.

'Wait' is a lovely track. It's definitely got that 'full track + outro environment' structure like the '90s ones which has been missing on recent albums (splitting the environment sections into separate tracks still doesn't sit right with me, despite the fact that that format obviously fits the title of the Envi series). Some hints of Environments 3 acoustic guitar in the outro section. I mentioned over on Facebook how now we get far more material, there's a fair amount of reuse of sounds and samples between tracks - they did this in the '90s, but the tracks would either end up unreleased or on a longform single - and it gives a certain sense of cohesion to the FSOLDigital-era catalogue. Although each album has its own identity, recent releases definitely all feel like parts of a larger whole rather than fully independent works, which is a really interesting way of approaching it.

Greek for 'light'. Mellow indeed. I've been pretty overwhelmed by music lately so something more sparse and relaxed like this really hits the spot at the moment.
I can't imagine how much material was recorded during the Environment Six sessions.
