BREAKER - a mobile indie game

Post by Pandemonium »

Hi guys, the time has finally come to share this with you :)

I've been into making games for smartphones for the past... well about 20 months.
My best friend and I started our first serious project 4 months ago - and it's finally done - entering pre-release phase.

Even though it's a casual minimal game (we're still beginners after all), it turned out great, it has great gameplay and it's extremely hard and addictive :)

The best part of it all is that one of my oldest dreams came true - I have a product with FSOL soundtrack.
Check it out - Lizzard Crawl is used as a soundtrack!

Coming soon on your mobile devices :) - spread the word - but only if you like it :)

- We're on to making the next one :D

EDIT: Live now:

Android >> https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... yl.breaker

That's pretty cool man!

Did you shift the balance of that track so that it is more centered? I've always thought the majority of the instruments were a little off to the right too much, but it sounds more balanced on your clip :)

I did a few tricks - yes - but I did not noticed that until you mentioned it :)
- the compression probably did that on it's own :)

That looks awesome man, like a passive Ikaruga ! Hope all goes well with the release :)

(p.s. swapped the Youtube player on this site from a Flash to a HTML5 one - hopefully this'll now work on more browsers as a result)

Thanks Pete, but the game will be FREE :)

- It will of course have some ADs in it, so it will monetize breadcrumbs that way, and a No-ADs button for (probably) $0.99 - and that's about it.

PS - Incredible thing, I must've listened Lizzard Crawl for more than 4000 times in the making/testing of this game - and still not bored of it! This track is pure bliss :)

- Any reviews and rating on iOS are more than welcomed - they are a very important factor in the first week - so go drop a line and make it a 5 star hotel :)
