"Initially when they delivered it they managed to pull off the trick of recording the quietest CD of all time,"
He's clearly not heard stuff by Richard Chartier

He tells Q magazine, "It wasn't good enough. I knew that anything coming after that first album had to be better, because I am in sole control now and there are no excuses any more. Gaz and Brian will forever say it was good enough and I am a c**t, but it would have been my name on the cover."

I know musical taste is a subjective thing, but I know who my money's on when it comes to who thought it was decent or not.

Looking through some Oasis forums, and found that the next issue of the NME has something on the front cover saying
"NOEL Amorphous Androgynous hit back"

Could be interesting...

They mentioned on facebook a little while ago to keep your ears to the ground to hear the AA's side of things regarding gallagher..This must be it..This will be the only time i buy the nme.

from AA's facebook page 20th january ''it's time the tale were told of how you took a child and you made it old '
all the comments and stories about this over the years have left us in a situation where our 'side' simply has to be told . . . quite an interesting story when told in polysyllabic ...will be fun..strap yourselves in . . . . . ."

I think there's a clue on that cover ;) Richey Edwards, Noel Gallagher, PJ Harvey - has music not moved on since 1995? I'm not sure it has for Mr Gallagher (or his fans)

Really can't wait to read this - and I love that Gaz filmed the interview in case the journalist turned the story around to make him seem like a loony. Exciting!

I do hope screenshots appear of this, I have issues with parting with even not so hard earned cash for the NME. It's a self conscious turd of a rag at the best of times. Anyway, I've been missing Gaz's rants, he needs to properly go off on one and put Noel in his place.

He actually uses this very same photo (screenshot by me) for his FB page comments :)

Looks like Gaz posted on Facebook that NME botched the interview and they'll be resorting to the video taping...

Here's a preview of it - I'll have a look see if I can grab a copy of the actual issue later and get the full story.
