Let's hope so! It would be S@@t otherwise!

Looks like 2x12" after all...
It's all so confusing even Brian & Graham didn't knew about the details...

- and we still don't know if this will be the mixed version same as the CDs or something else...

- As much as I can see - there are about 16 tracks on the 12" tracklist sleeve, so... unmixed or a part of the mix then...?

Looks nice in gatefold!

Read the review in April's MOJO (4/5), but it doesn't really give much away. A few other good bits in there like the Edgar Froese obituary where they mention that a disgruntled fan at one gig threw a bag of marmalade at his keyboards "rendering them inoperable" - electronic jamming? ;)

So can we safely assume that the CD version hasn't quite made it out on time?

Interview with Australian Musician:
http://www.australianmusician.com.au/am ... dean-trip/

Lots of stuff about collecting records and typical Gaz talk of psychedelicising stuff, and this interesting snippet:

When do you hope to have the next album of original Amorphous material out?
We’ve got about 30 tracks, so it is that really difficult stage of battering it into shape and resolving everything. This band is a head fuck for want of a better word and there are so many possibilities. That also happened with the Noel Gallagher album but that’s another story. There are so many possibilities with a song and how you psychedelicise it. Literally there is no end to the permutations but hopefully we’ll have it out by the end of the year.

Wasn't quick enough on the live interview, only caught the last minute or so of it. Maybe it'll be available to listen again at some point.

On the subject of the Australian Musician interview, I wonder if the Amorphous Androgynous album he's talking about is another Monstrous Psychedelic Soundtrack, or a standard album, or something else?

Sounds like they're determined to keep themselves busy.

I believe there's a new 'proper' album on its way. Which is about time, as the last one was seven years ago - ten if you count The Pipermint Tree as an 'enhanced archives' album.

Ah, the old jokes are the best ones... I wonder if Gaz will be exercising his vocal chords this time around or whether they'll be getting that fella that sounds like Robert Plant in again.

- this apparently goes for FSOLDigital and the non-Australian lands,
while in Australia, this came out as scheduled - on the 16th.
