The problem with going chronologically is Accelerator will probably seem a bit underwhelming after the depth of Lifeforms.

Mmm... I noticed Accelerator didn't get much of a mention; one of their less stellar releases, I take it.
They're driven by a strange desire,
Someone's calling.

Well, Accelerator is the first official FSOL album.. it's more in the trance/techno vein. It started it all, since it includes the PNG.. I think I've personally listened it through maybe once, since early 90's rave is not really my bag.

I've really come to trust the guys, I love basically everything they put out nowadays, so whatever you decide to listen next, you can't go wrong in my book.
from the source flows the endless...

If Lifeforms is near and dear to you, I'd highly recommend their live ISDN transmissions from '94. It's interesting to hear the transition they were undergoing from Lifeforms to ISDN in these broadcasts (I'm still amazed that they released both albums in the same year). If you want to go the official route, the '94 Rome show can be purchased from FSOLdigital in the Pod Room. As for unofficial recordings, there's the Mixing It and Essential Mix shows as well as the unidentified 3D Headspace Tour shows.

For more information, check out Ross' FSOL webpage here.
