I could have sworn, from that blouson and leather-jacket the guy on the right is wearing, the guys were from the nineties, but this seems from about 2 years ago 
Seems to be a german postpunk duo, musically quite ok, but nowhere near the "Laser Cowboys"
btw. just rewatched the Laser Cowboy-Vids more above in this thread, and quite liked it!
