Re: Rituals: e7.001 (Environment 7) out April 2022
Wow, four bonus tracks! That's awesome. If e7.001 was an archive album, I would assume Ebb Flow had something to do with Critical Ebb or Esus Flow. Probably only shares words. Hopiate is a long one, huh.

Re: Fractional Difference - Exploring FSOL song-by-song
I have thoroughly enjoyed reading every post on Fractional Difference along the way, over the past year. I've honestly been looking forward to each new post and reading them really helped me get through the past year in all its difficulties. Thanks Ross! I look forward to the next FSOL release, as a...

Re: Fractional Difference - Exploring FSOL song-by-song
All of my FSOL listening now is digital. The main reason is the costs to ship from England to the US

Re: Fractional Difference - Exploring FSOL song-by-song
I never got to hear any of the Ramblings EPs so Music for 3 Books was my first listen of all the EPs. I always felt that it made a pretty enjoyable and coherent album so I'm really glad for that compilation. I passed on the Music for Calendars comp (sorry about that as I enjoy your track curations) ...

Re: Fractional Difference - Exploring FSOL song-by-song
Wow, I had no idea that the track Komagi even existed until I read the E4 post. I wonder how many more FSOL tracks I haven't heard because they were vinyl exclusives?

November Track:
FSOL - String
7+ minutes, so a long one. It's an outtake from Music for 3 Books. Very similar to tracks on that album.

Re: FSOLDigital Calendar
A slow, dark, repetitive groove on this one. It's on the sparser end of FSOL but the end is more the classic soundscape/layering weirdness. "I Know" reminds me so so much of this obscure 90's b-side by Moby called "Sway". Similar drums, speed, repetitive groove, and both end with...

Re: FSOLDigital Calendar
I am having the hardest time placing this track. End of the City feels like a polished up archive track from the Tales of Ephidrina era, but I keep wondering if it's actually newer than that.

Re: FSOLDigital Calendar
Alright peeplez,
So, apologies this is a little late (is it still September somewhere?), but here is the calendar track for September. This (last?) month's track comes from FSOL and is titled "End of the City".
Enjoy.

https://f4.bcbits.com/img/a2455563892_7.jpg Off Land - Excursion https://offland.bandcamp.com/album/excursion While the FSOL and Woob influences are there in certain aspects, this album doesn't quite sound like anything I've heard before. Included the interludes below for the full effect. I'm beyon...

Re: Mind Maps - look for promo today!!
It's not a conventional album, no. While it is album length, it's a compilation of remixes and exclusive tracks, mixed together.
