I always want to give an album all my attention of the first listen especially. Only get that first listen onc...

Yes, that difference is always an important thing. I never see the point in listening to lots of similar artists - I also get bored quite quickly. There are absolutely no areas/genres/etc. of music that I have more than a few records in. This makes fitting into any sort of crowd (real life/online) ...
